We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Managerto oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities in atimely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will possess strongleadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention todetail. The Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuringthe successful and timely completion of construction projects while adhering tosafety protocols and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Experience and Skills

Coordinatescheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors and vendors to completeeach project on time
Coordinateand direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Selecttools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
Monitorwork and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at variousstages of the project
Review the work progress on daily basis.
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverablesand estimate costs.
Communicatewith the project team and support each subcontractor to execute his job dutieseffectively and efficiently
Require complete adherence to health and safetyregulations on construction sites to avoid accidents and delays, and report anyproblems to the project manager as soon as possible
Ensure quality construction standards and the use ofproper construction techniques
Performinspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and complianceregulations of each job location
Maintaina written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, andproblems resolved on the job site
Travelbetween multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individualprojects
Identifyand resolve problems and conflicts, organizing meetings and cooperating withteam members in various roles as necessary
Basicknowledge of software programs, such as Master Builder, Microsoft Excel, Word,Outlook, and PowerPoint
Abilityto write reports and professional correspondence to vendors, governmentofficials, and clients
Goodreading comprehension for technical documents, such as safety regulations,assembly and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Excellentverbal communications skills, especially when addressing customers, clients orofficial visitors to the website
Keen eyeto identify non-compliance with regulations or standards and ability to suggestsolutions for deficiencies or problems
Familiaritywith the operation of office equipment, such as digital cameras, fax machines,computers, copiers, and telephones
Experiencewith managing demanding clients and offering creative solutions to meetcommitments and requests
Relevant experience in asphalt, excavation, grading,underground or concrete preferred.
Knowledge of construction management processes, meansand methods.
Excellenttime and project management skills.
Willingto work on weekends.
Cleandriver record.
