*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee project plans, project schedule, scoping work and purchasing materials, and staying within budget to protect profit margin and the financial health of the company.

An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements, without exceeding budget, and meeting the gross profit goal.

*What you’ll do* * Ensure customer and company satisfaction * Inspect property damage and provide clear and complete repair scope for the estimating department * Review estimates for accuracy with Estimators, and for understanding with customers * Obtain customers agreement on scope and estimate for construction services * Work with estimators to gather bids when needed * Educate customers on the construction process * Creation a project plan/schedule * Communicate with internal departments to schedule company resources * Verify and confirm material lead times and purchase orders as needed to maintain an efficient schedule. * Coordinate material acquisition from order through payment, delivery, and communication to customers for proper expectations * Coordinate Subcontractors and oversee for quality control * Ensure proper documentation for job related updates in the company system * Identify any supplement or change orders needed * Maximize opportunities and service lines for each customer * Be the conduit of communication between the production team, and management * Review project and production schedules in advance of project start and adjust the schedule as needed based on production realities. Advise the customer of the proposed schedule. * Ensure proper permits are acquired * Issue work orders for the Production Crew, and Sub Contractors * Update the company system daily for each project and work completed the day prior * Receive final paperwork, final photos, COC, and other applicable documents * Review invoices from subs and suppliers for accuracy and project budget * Support collection efforts for payment milestones during project * Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time. * Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of yourself and other employees who may be assigned with you. * Maintain a clean jobsite and company image through the project structure and management.

*What meetings you’ll be involved in* * Daily morning meeting * Weekly WIP (work in progress/job management review) meeting * Monthly team meeting * Other meetings as required

*What you’ll need* * 5 years experience as a proven construction project manager * 3 years restoration industry experience * 3 years estimating experience * In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles * Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards * Good knowledge of MS Office * Familiarity with construction/ project management software * Outstanding communication and negotiation skills * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * A team player with leadership abilities * Must have valid driver's license * Must have a clean background

*Conditions you’ll be working in* * Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasional exposure to extreme conditions such as heat. Jobsite noise levels can be loud. * Fast-paced, high pressure work environment * Shift hours may vary depending on the size and scope of the project but will typically consist of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30 pm. Occasional after hours work on a case-by-case basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
