Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager to support the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our company.
Responsibilities Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project efficiency. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and address any issues. Maintain project documentation, reports, and budgets, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Assist with resource and material scheduling to optimize project workflows. Support client communication and contribute to strong working relationships
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field . Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A passion for construction and a strong desire to grow within the industry.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Benefits: Paid time off Compensation Package: Performance bonus Weekly pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
