Construction Project Manager Friendswood, TX | Full-Time | $110,000 - $135,000 A top-tier general contractor specializing in complex builds like medical and airport facilities , is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in the Friendswood area. We're looking for someone sharp, driven, and curious-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to make smart decisions. What You'll Do Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and budget goals are met. Collaborate with accounting teams to track and manage budgets -you don't need to be a CPA, but you should understand how to work with financial data. Use Procore and Primavera P6 to manage schedules, documentation, and project workflows. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on-site and in meetings. What We're Looking For Mid-level experience in construction project management, ideally from a larger firm (e.g., Harvey, Tellepsen, Vaughn, ODS Construction, Bellows, or Linbeck). Experience with medical or airport facility construction is a strong plus. A gritty, intelligent, and curious mindset-someone who's not afraid to dig in and solve problems. Comfortable with Procore and Primavera P6 . A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus, but not required. You Could Be a Fit If You Are: A Junior PM or Senior BA from a larger firm looking to step into a more hands-on role. Familiar with the Friendswood/Houston construction landscape. Known for your ability to grind through challenges and still keep a sharp eye on the big picture.
