Construction Project Manager

To oversee all facets of projects including the physical construction, schedule, required reports and financial aspects as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners.

Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager.
  • Previous experience running multi-million dollar projects (including experience with new construction built from the ground up).
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency using MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint.
  • The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
