Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project coordination. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and the ability to manage project requirements efficiently. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders. Manage requirements gathering and documentation to ensure clarity and completeness. Must have experience utilizing Microsoft Office tools. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders to gather input and provide updates. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

Requirements

(Optional) Experience in project management with a strong understanding of project coordination principles. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Proficiency in requirements management techniques to gather and document project needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
