Our client is seeking a senior Residential Construction Project Manager who excels in managing high-end residential projects. Job Duties Work on extremely high-end residential projects. Collaborate with a team members Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Evaluate subcontractor proposals, estimate costs, and manage schedules. Manage budgets and schedules Build strong client relationships Mentor project engineers Lead project meetings Qualificiations 57 years of experience in construction project management in high-end residential industry. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle challenges smoothly Excellent communication skills with clients and internal team members Knowledge of construction operations, safety guidelines, and technical drawings. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Requirements High School Diploma or GED Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED Accreditation are a plus Reliable transportation Successful completion of a background check
