Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager Location: Maryland Company Overview We are a well-established construction firm with 60 years of excellence in delivering high-quality projects. With a dynamic team of approximately 140 employees, we are growing rapidly and aiming to achieve a revenue goal of $290M by the end of the year. Our diverse portfolio includes public and private commercial projects, life sciences, education, multifamily ground-up construction, and interiors, with project values ranging from $5M to $45M. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $125K-$170K, based on experience and title(PM/Sr.PM) Remote Hybrid 1 day per week at the manager's discretion Bonus: Performance-based bonus (10% total: 6% company performance + 4% individual performance). Position Overview Lead and mentor team members, including interns and junior staff, fostering their growth and development. Plan, execute, and manage multiple construction projects ranging from $5M to $40M. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, addressing risks and challenges proactively to maintain timelines and quality. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Proven experience managing construction projects in the public, private, or commercial sectors. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and support junior staff. Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and build strong client relationships.
