This established GC have a 40-year history of specializing in large-scale public agency projects throughout NY & NJ. They are currently looking for a lead Project Manager to oversee a $40M occupied healthcare renovation project in Queens. They are looking for someone with circa 7-10 years' experience, with at least one larger-scale ($50M+) project under their belt. You must also either have public agency or commercial occupied renovation experience to be considered - with a strong preference for project experience in the $100M range.
