Midwest Specialties LLC is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Construction Project Managers to oversee Division 10 specialty projects from estimation through closeout. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, producing shop drawings, managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring all products meet specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate has experience in the general construction industry, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can balance multiple priorities without losing focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities-
Review project plans and specifications to determine product quantities, details, and pricing.-
Prepare accurate cost estimates by soliciting and evaluating vendor quotes.-
Create Division 10 product shop drawings and submittals for customer and architect review.-
Place and track product orders to meet project schedules and budgets.-
Ensure all orders comply with approved drawings, specifications, and submittals.-
Communicate effectively with architects, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.-
Track deliveries and keep the general contractor informed of product status.-
Resolve product or delivery issues with suppliers and installation supervisors.-
Process project changes per customer direction.-
Prepare and enter sales orders, purchase orders, and fabrication work orders.-
Coordinate submittal and close-out documentation.-
Maintain organized, accurate project records and correspondence.-
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure project success.
Qualifications-
Experience: With 2+ years in general construction or Division 10 specialties, with office-based project management responsibilities.-
Familiarity with estimating, submittals, order entry, and closeout procedures.-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel), Procore, and Autodesk.-
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-
High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
