Construction Project Manager

Selectek is partnering with a firm in the Norcross, Georgia area to find a qualified Construction Project Manager.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Direct Location: Norcross, Georgia Expected Pay Range: $34-$53 before conversion, depending on experience

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in construction project management

- Knowledge of exterior panel systems/building envelopes required - Ability to utilize project management software (preferably ProCore), spreadsheets, and estimating software - Read blueprints, structural and shop drawings - Ideal candidates have worked on large-scale projects with complex scope and longer lifespan

In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation

Job Duties:

- Support Sr. Project Managers throughout the duration of the project.

- Manage your own projects from contract acquisition through close out (RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and close-out docs)

- Ensure accuracy of project data using Procore

- Monitor project progress and investigate changed field conditions

- Manage and report financials through Procore budget

- Select, coordinate and manage contractors needed for projects

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
