With a healthy backlog and strong team culture, they’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on upcoming ground-up projects.

What You Bring to the Table: Current experience with a GC or Developer Proven ability to manage ground-up Multifamily projects from start to finish Familiarity with Wood-frame construction Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills A track record of hitting project goals — on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of construction, from buyout through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members Maintain project schedules, control budgets, and ensure quality standards Utilize project management software to track progress and provide updates Uphold and enforce safety protocols across the jobsite
