Description Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are adhered to. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management. Evaluate and approve project plans, designs, and budgets. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement best practices. Profile A successful Proactive should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership and project management skills.
