Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Project Manager in Heflin, AL to manage and oversee industrial construction projects throughout the Southeastern part of the country. A hybrid schedule is available, and relocation assistance is available if needed!

This position is a full-time, direct-hire, long-term opportunity!

Duties:

• Prepare production schedules
• Budgeting/Costing, reviewing invoices
• Oversee and coordinate manpower and materials
• Managing multiple trades (carpenters, millwrights, concrete finishers, equipment operators)
• Assist with some project estimating
• Facilitate training other early-career Project Managers

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $85,000 - $125,000/yr

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience in the heavy commercial and industrial sector
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Construction is a plus
• Experience managing concrete foundations, pre-engineering metal building projects
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ranging in value between $1 million - $10 million
• Experience with automotive and manufacturing build experience is a big plus
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, and Trimble programs is beneficial
• Ability to read blueprints
