Project Manager

This individual manages the scheduling, budgeting, resource management, logistics, and primary client communication for mid to high complexity projects utilizing PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) and conventional steel framing systems.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelors in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Project background ranging up to $5M will work on 10-15 projects at once.
  • Commercial BUILDINGS background, warehouses, steel experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects from inception to completion is a plus.
