Partnered with a leading Custom/Luxury Homebuilder on hiring a Project Manager to lead high-end custom home builds across Central Texas. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in luxury residential construction, a sharp eye for detail, and strong client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction of custom luxury homes Serve as main point of contact for clients, architects, and trade partners Manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality from pre-construction to close-out Lead jobsite coordination and subcontractor performance Identify issues early and resolve them proactively Track progress and maintain detailed documentation Enforce safety protocols and uphold high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For Strong background in luxury or custom homebuilding Skilled in reading plans, managing trades, and driving schedules Excellent communicator with strong leadership presence Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
