Our client is a fast-growing general contractor based in the Milwaukee area, known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial construction projects. As their project portfolio continues to expand, they’re looking to add a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale builds. Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Oversee day-to-day operations including subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, and quality control Foster a strong culture of safety and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate schedules, budgets, and project timelines Successfully manage complex commercial and industrial projects valued at $25 million and above Build and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Qualifications: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects ($20M+) in the commercial or industrial sector Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance on active job sites In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and the ability to enforce standards consistently Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
