Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $130K - $180K plus bonuses

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ground-up or interior build-outs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled in managing client relationships, schedules, budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead weekly project meetings and produce regular status reports.
  • Review and approve contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and invoices.
  • Ensure projects meet or exceed performance goals related to timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and close-out packages.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
