Qualifications for Project Manager Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred, but not required 5+ years' experience in construction, comfortable with building houses Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results Take initiative and seek responsibility Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Compensation/Benefits for Project Manager Industry leading compensation Complete benefits package Positive work environment
