Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee landscape and pool construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential construction, excellent communication and scheduling skills, and a hands-on approach to managing teams and subcontractors in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple pool and landscape construction projects simultaneously
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and client expectations
Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets
Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
Track change orders and project documentation accurately
Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience in construction (landscape and/or pool preferred)
Proven experience delivering high-end residential outdoor projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with project management software, schedules, and documentation
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
