Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction and delivery of a 79-unit townhome development in Downtown Las Vegas. This is a prime opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in residential or multifamily ground-up projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout. Manage day-to-day site operations, vendors, subcontractors, and construction timelines. Ensure quality control, site safety, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and local codes. Collaborate with ownership, architects, engineers, and city inspectors to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and budget tracking to stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues promptly to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Maintain and drive project schedules to meet key milestone completion dates. Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders accurately.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects. Residential or multifamily housing development experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contracts, and local regulations. Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple trades and complex schedules. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range: $105,000–$140,000 , commensurate with experience.
