Construction Project Manager

Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during construction.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, RFIs, and change orders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [1+] years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Working Conditions:
- Split between on-site construction environments and office-based planning.
- May require extended hours, evenings, or weekends depending on project needs.
- Must be able to navigate active construction sites safely.
Vacation and Holiday PTO Only. No other benefits offered.
Ability to successfully complete a background check and pass drug testing.
