Position Overview Our client, a fast-growing leader in architectural façade solutions, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join its high-performing team in Burtonsville, MD. Renowned for delivering complex, custom-designed exterior building elements with precision and creativity, Levolux specializes in projects that demand innovative solutions, making each day both engaging and rewarding.
This Senior Construction Manager will oversee multiple high-profile façade projects from pre-construction handoff through material delivery, working closely with architects, vendors, and general contractors. This role is ideal for a commercially experienced construction project manager who thrives on bringing order to complexity, but prefers an office-based position over constant time at the project site.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management : Lead 8–10 architectural facade projects at a time, from pre-construction handoff through final material delivery Vendor & Client Coordination : Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors, ensuring design intent and expectations are met Scheduling & Logistics : Develop and manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are met across geographically dispersed projects Documentation & Contracts : Prepare, review, and manage contracts, RFIs, and related documentation throughout the project lifecycle Problem Solving : Interpret architectural drawings, clarify installation methods, and troubleshoot vendor or client issues as they arise Site Visits (Occasional) : Travel periodically to vendor facilities or client job sites across the U.S. for coordination and quality assurance
Requirements 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, specifically with exterior facades or building envelope systems Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and communicate installation methods clearly Proficiency with project management tools and document control software like Bluebeam Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines and budgets Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors Team-oriented, low-ego approach with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving initiative
