Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and manage project budgets ensuring cost control to adhere to budget
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to secure all necessary approvals prior to initiating construction.
- Identify and assign required resources, materials, and equipment to meet project demands
- Create and maintain a detailed schedule for assigned projects.
- Proactively manage key milestones, action items, long lead purchases, and external/internal coordination to ensure timely execution.
- Secure necessary permits and enforce compliance with all safety and building code throughout the project
- Lead weekly planning and working sessions with stakeholders to assess project progress, surface critical issues, define deliverables and timelines, and delegate ownership of tasks.
- Deliver regular status updates to executive teams that highlight potential risks and present actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- Project management experience (PM certification is strongly preferred)
- Telecommunications construction experience is desirable
- General understanding of Wireless/Cellular network connectivity and hardware
- Strong skill with MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in multiple databases to ensure dates, milestones, and critical information is well documented throughout the project.
- Capability to generate reports on capturing critical timelines and relevant project detail
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years, valid driver's license, clean or acceptable criminal background check, and clean substance screening
