Job Location: West Sacramento, CA

Salary: $110k-$140k + bonus + Vehicle Allowance

Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager on Commercial (or related) projects

This is a full time/ permanent position with an established general contractor specializing in commercial construction projects. They have consistent work and a strong backlog of projects. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Project Manager with either Ground-up or TI projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources. Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements. Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

Qualifications:

3+ Years Experience as a Project Manager Understanding of Construction documents Excellent planning and problem-solving skills Experience in projects related to Commercial, Industrial, or related (TI and / or ground-up) Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
