Job Description Summary: The PDS Project Process & Controls Specialist will be responsible for the account's success in driving operational excellence through continuous process improvement and compliance, support of project management delivery and cost consultancy, and the creation and management of account reporting. Job Description: Growth Support vision, strategy, and plan to achieve year over year growth, working collaboratively to implement across the COE and Region. Accountable for: Support development and implementation of process improvements/changes, training programs and standardizing regional project delivery through close collaboration with the Project Delivery teams Targeted engagement with on & off account experts against existing processes and programs to enhance project delivery. Driving project compliance and continuous improvements across Adaptive Work platform and subsequent reporting. Driving performance excellence within vendor base (GC, A&E, Signage) through strategic sourcing in close collaboration with the Project Delivery, Supply Chain, and Vendor Management functions.
Client Support operational excellence in project management, project support, cost consultancy, technology, and reporting in Adaptive Work platform. Accountable for: Alignment and prioritization with the client on continuous improvement opportunities and timing. Provide support to Project Delivery throughout the life cycle of the project. Ensure Project Delivery team is meeting all process, procedural, and reporting requirements and timing. Develop standard, and ad-hoc, reporting to support the client's objectives. Support client initiative around regional, national and global strategic sourcing programs.

Experience Required 7+ years of experience in large scale enterprise operations and delivery of services within Construction or Real Estate 7+ years of experience in a Construction PMO leadership role Proven track record of implementing and managing PMO functions in large-scale construction environments 7+ years of experience developing and cultivating business relationships Industrial project experience beneficial, but not required Must be a US citizen and may require obtaining government clearances Demonstrated success influencing large project teams to exceed client expectations Previous success applying disciplined project and/or program management processes (Six Sigma, LEAN or PMI experience a plus). #LI-DNI
