Overview of Core Responsibilities

As a key figure in a project’s success, you will oversee the management of subcontractors and workforce ensuring plans or blueprints are executed efficiently and safely. Champions the cause for completing the project on schedule, within budget, and of impeccable quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Crafts comprehensive manufacturing operational plans encompassing program stipulations, labor hours, production expenses, and overall presentation.
• Sets standards for production quality, devises cost-effective controls, and consolidates information on order specifics and deadlines.
• Guides the formulation of the erection strategy, accounting for staff, materials, contracts, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Liases with organizational functions ensuring resource maximization both human and mechanical for erection and field services.
• Analyzes operational reports to address production hitches and preempt delays.
• Handles administrative tasks related to field operations, managing production data for reporting purposes.
• Defines crew roles to meet business targets and schedules sub-contractors.
• Contributes insights toward new product research and progression.
• Instructs personnel on compliance with pertinent corporate, governmental, and client policies.
• Strives to uphold costs, quality benchmarks, and delivery promises.
• Participates in shaping the strategic path of the erection division.

Job Requirements Certification: OSHA 10 Hr and OSHA 30 Hr certificates; PCI Field Auditor Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience vital. Professional Experience: Requires 5-7 years of relevant work experience, especially favoring precast roles. Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of people management experience necessary. Working Conditions

This role necessitates exposure to diverse weather conditions and environments with regular noise disturbances. Daily travel to varies job sites forms a core component.
