Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking an Project Superviser to join our team! Must Be Experienced with Public Bidding , Ranging $1,000,000.00 - $15,000,000.00
This Position is currently only 2 - 3 months can lead to full time
Responsibilities:
Maintain required project documentation onsite nd review , Submitals, Schedule ,RFI's , Spread Sheets
Manage Project from start to finish , Daily Records
Knowledge of Construction Software , Project Schedule , Cad a +
Review Specs, Drawings , Contract Documents
Material Buy Outs , Subcontractor buy outs
Communication , Correspondence Skills
Project Close-Out Documents
Plan and implement Bidding Strategies for projects ranging
Direct and lead collecting Sub Contractors Bids
Evaluate and Verify Material Quotes from take-offs
Ensure bid due dates/deadlines and cost targets are met
​ Qualifications:
Previous experience in Public Bidding or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
