Construction Project Surveyor Armoured One located in Syracuse, NY is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Surveyor to accurately measure, assess, and document site information critical to project estimating, scheduling, and overall project management. Responsibilities Survey job sites to gather essential information and precise measurements to accurately prepare and plan for projects. Use equipment and tools to accurately measure. Advise customers of any onsite conditions, building defects, or potential impact to project scope. Take quality photos of required portions needed for project management. Prepare Site Audit Report with pictures and corresponding data to provide clear scope of work within Salesforce CRM. Work with precision and accuracy in the documents produced. Receive instructions and implement from architects and construction managers. Adheres to all Armoured One Security recommendations. Ability to travel to various job sites as needed. Provide recommendations and project support to Field Services Project Managers. Participate in Field Services training as needed. Remote Position No Min Compensation USD $52,000.00/Yr. Max Compensation USD $56,160.00/Yr. Qualifications Education and Experience: Valid Driver's license and dependable transportation required. 5 or more years of construction experience. Ability to read blueprints preferred. Firm grasp of methods and principles of site surveying. Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
