Chin is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to work closely with project managers, construction teams and agencies to identify potential quality issues to mitigate risks. The QAM will analyze data to drive decision-making and provide comprehensive reports to senior management. The role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with CDA (stakeholders) while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Collaborate with project managers and field team to problem-solve and identify potential quality issues early in the project lifecycle. Develop and implement quality policies and procedures (plans) to enhance project outcomes. Provide guidance to staff on quality assurance best practice and methodologies. Prepare comprehensive quality reports for senior management and stakeholders, detailing findings and recommendations. Convened weekly quality meetings to have discussions to manage issues that require attention. Noting and reporting noncompliance for work that does not meet project scope requirements. Reviewed and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other plans or design for compliance with specification, and building codes. Collaborated in reviewing submittals and RFIs. Coordinated with PMO and stakeholder entities, including survey, IA testing agency, security, and earthwork management. Coordinated with AHCB 3rd party testing agency for inspections and troubleshoot deficiencies. Prioritized coordination with subcontractors Quality Control testing agencies that entailed testing, reporting, inspection deficiencies. Conducted in-house plant inspections for material being utilized for project scope verifying compliance by project specification. Coordinated project scope kickoff meetings for every trade package.

Job Offer

$51.00 - $61.00/hour depending on client, project, location and level of experience / education 401K yearly profit-sharing contribution. PTO. 11 paid holidays, plus 2 floating holidays. Parental leave. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Relevant certifications and courses reimbursed.
