Job duties & responsibilities include:Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.* Support Project Manager with task orders for prime contract* Contractor review of material submittals and shop drawings* Perform inspections acting in the joint capacity of QC as well as accommodating inspections of the owner* Attend all joint owner/contractor status meetings, site visits, pre-performance conferences, pre-final, and final inspections* Contractor review of Design submittals* Support supervision of projects* Progress reporting as required by the contract* Achieving on-time, satisfactory results in accordance with codes, specifications, and project requirements* Promote good will among laborers, craftsmen, subcontractors, and representatives of our company and those of the owner through cooperation and good faith communicationRe*quirements/Skills:** Associate degree in engineering, construction, design-related field or equivalent of five years construction experience* Must display technical competence in the industry, and be familiar with the many construction trades throughout all the phases of development and execution* Minimum of 5 years previous experience engaged in multiple discipline, commercial construction projects* Immediately recognize substandard or potentially substandard or otherwise unacceptable materials and workmanship* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to resolve performance issues without compromising production quality or schedules* Effectively manage construction involving several subcontractors in various trades on multiple, simultaneous projects.* Previous experience in multiple, task-order construction contracting a plus* Strong ethics & integrity* Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills required* Government contracting is preferred but not requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearExperience level:* 5 yearsSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:* Moore, OK: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Commercial construction: 5 years (Required)Language:* English (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* OSHA 30 (Preferred)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearSchedule:* Monday to FridayAbility to Relocate:* Moore, OK 73160: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
