The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our work meet the USACE quality standards and complies with approved construction documents. The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with construction crews and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that all work is according to specifications.*Responsibilities** Assure company complies with issued for construction specifications and drawings.* Review, read, and interpret issued for construction drawings and specifications, and quality procedures.* Aid project-wide system audits and surveillance, including supplier or subcontractor audits or surveillance to approved audit checklists and procedures.* Recommend corrective action to quality problems and operational procedures* Experience with identifying and reporting construction deficiencies, and corrective action to resolve deficiencies.*Skills** Proficiency in using Microsoft word and excel.* Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.* Experience with QA/QC processes and documentation.* Experience in utilizing USACE RMS.* Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.* Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) effectively.* Excellent attention to detail.* Ability to communicate effectively with construction crews, subcontractors, client representatives, and management.*Requirements** Experience with USACE QC reporting and QC daily reports* Have or can get USACE QC certificationJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededExperience:* Quality control: 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Panama City, FL 32403 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Panama City, FL 32403: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
