Construction Quality Manager

WSP is currently seeking a Construction Quality Manager for our New York, New York office. Your impact will include overseeing overall construction quality compliance, developing and implementing project-specific Quality Management Manuals, ensuring project quality plans are prepared and approved, and conducting regular quality compliance audits of contractors and design-builders.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience in management positions in a production, manufacturing, or construction environment performing QA/QC auditing
  • Ability to oversee Contractor Quality Management procedures and practices
  • Demonstrated Quality Assurance experience on rail transit projects
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality standards and its application to planning, design, and construction
  • Demonstrated experience in a QA/QC role in a fast-paced engineering environment
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and shall be trained as a Lead Auditor in a Registrar Accreditation Board of the American Society for Quality (RABASQ) approved course on the requirements of ISO 9001

Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $97,100 - $198,200
