The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our client’s services, targeting large projects, and building long-term client relationships in the Carolinas and parts of Georgia. This role focuses on securing new business, managing key accounts, and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies targeting large-scale projects
Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business
Achieve annual sales targets of $5M–$8M+ across all service lines
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales with operational capabilities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Provide excellent client service and maintain strong communication
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Represent the company at industry events and stay informed on market trends
Partner with leadership to tailor strategies to local markets
*** Travel is required.
Required Skills and Abilities: Proven sales and business development skills, especially with large projects and long-term clients
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities
Strategic thinker with solid organizational and project management skills
Able to work independently and cross-functionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
