We are looking for a Residential Construction Superintendent with Construction Manager potential to help lead our organization and clients in building beautiful and reliable designer homes.
```Duties``` - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance - Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders - Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders
```Experience``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field - Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials - Proficiency in budgeting and cost control - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Experience using construction management software - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
