THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

Assists with the execution of pre-construction programs across the Company including responsibilities for but not limited to alignment of scope, schedule and budget to meet program objectives. Manages the end-to-end program delivery and serves as the communication link between the program execution team and the business owner. Additional responsibilities may include managing rollouts and cosmetic remodels.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Leads multiple cross-functional internal and external stakeholders on program planning, including its development, execution, quality control, and lessons learned activities. Oversees execution vendors, contractors, and other 3rd party construction resources across all project phases, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and performance quality Responsible for program budgets and financials. Ensures resources/budgets are available to meet stakeholder needs for planned projects, holding individual teams accountable. Reviews and tracks progress and deliverables across the program/project management function Conducts project reviews and stakeholder calls to monitor ongoing store construction rollout and remodeling initiatives. Produces and distributes recurring program/project status reporting for stakeholders and leadership Ensures utilization of communication tools, such as online project management, to keep program stakeholders up to date and provide visibility to program health. Assists in the development of tracking tools necessary to meet the changing needs of the programs Collaborates with Real Estate and Construction partners to provide location-specific insights and optimize project planning Performs cost estimating and budget development in accordance with financial controls Manages and coordinates project material procurement to ensure timely availability and delivery THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor's degree in a related field 2-5 years of retail construction experience PMP certification preferred Excellent problem-solving skills Strong organizational, process improvement, and influencing skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to gather, evaluate, and summarize data Exceptional financial acumen Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage repetitive tasks and detailed information, while considering the big picture strategy and the impacts on other processes and people Ability to travel 30% to job sites and vendor meetings #LI-JB2

The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $102,700.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
