What You’ll Do ·       Manage Accounts Payable with accuracy and timeliness ·       Assist with Accounts Receivable processing ·       Use MS Office, Sage 300, and TimberScan to complete daily accounting tasks ·       Respond promptly to employee and customer inquiries with professionalism ·       Support monthly financial statement preparation and end-of-month closing ·       Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications ·       Associate’s degree or certificate in Accounting or related field ·       2+ years in an accounting role ·       Job costing or construction industry experience ·       Experience with Sage 300 AP and TimberScan
