Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage safety policies and procedures across all construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
- Provide safety training and education programs for employees and contractors.
- Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management as required.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and safety-related inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to continually improve safety practices.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Safety Director should have:
- A background in construction safety, with experience managing safety programs in the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to promote safety culture.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
- Certification in safety management or a related field is preferred.
