Construction Safety Officer

Our client is an employee-owned contractor that has been around since the late '80s and has built a strong reputation in the water and wastewater space across New England. Most of their work is in Massachusetts, with the occasional project in New Hampshire, and they've handled everything from treatment plant upgrades to pump station improvements.

Culture really stands out here-people aren't just a number. Most employees have been with the company for nearly a decade, and they operate on a 4-day workweek schedule (four 10-hour days), which helps with work-life balance. They're growing steadily and planning to add about 10% to their team heading into 2025, continuing to hold their own against some of the bigger names in the industry.
