Location: New Holland, PA (supporting Pittsburgh, PA as needed)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives across our off-site manufacturing and installation operations. This role ensures full compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols, supports training, and promotes a strong safety culture in both factory and field environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety audits and job site inspections.

  • Develop and enforce safety programs and procedures.

  • Lead employee and subcontractor safety training and onboarding.

  • Investigate and report incidents, recommending corrective actions.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety documentation.

  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to plan and implement site-specific safety protocols.



Requirements
Qualifications

  • 3+ years in construction or manufacturing safety.

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices.

  • OSHA 30-hour certification required; CSP or CHST preferred.

  • Experience in modular construction a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally between PA locations.
