A leading provider in the commercial construction and equipment industry is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in construction sales, particularly those skilled in building strategic relationships and managing complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with general contractors and key decision-makers in the construction space.
Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bids to evaluate opportunities and deliver accurate quotes.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector while leveraging an existing network of industry contacts.
Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner during client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business development activities.
Collaborate with internal project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution from proposal to completion.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consultative selling.
Qualifications:
Proven success in construction sales, preferably in the commercial or foodservice equipment industry.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
Experience managing long sales cycles and negotiating project-based deals.
