Job Details
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners. * Collaborate with preconstruction and project management teams to align client needs with company capabilities. * Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. * Track sales metrics and report on pipeline activity and performance.
Qualifications:
* Must have a proven experience in construction sales/ business development in the Milwaukee area. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Familiarity with the Wisconsin construction market is a plus.
