Sales Manager (Construction) Salary: $5500 - $7000 + transport allowance $600 + Comm Working days & hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6pm) Working Location: Neythal Rd (West Area)

Jobs scope: Meet individual sales targets and drive business growth via strategic account development Submit monthly sales forecasts and performance reports; present plans for future revenue and profit targets Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including contractors, precasters, main contractors, and consultants Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring satisfaction and retention . Conduct frequent visits and proactive outreach to maintain engagement and uncover new opportunities Develop and implement tailored strategic account plans to ensure high-priority accounts thrive Liaise with internal technical or production teams to resolve issues—e.g., troubleshooting on-site or coordinating trial mixes Provide consultancy support, assist with tender submissions, and contribute to technical aspects like CAD/BIM and costing if needed Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and client needs, feeding insights into internal teams to inform strategy Initiate and manage customer complaint reports to ensure timely, effective resolution Work closely with marketing, new business development, and product teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery Prepare routine performance reports, sales forecasts, and account reviews to measure against goals and propose corrective actions as needed Participate in regular sales meetings and internal training workshops as required Requirements Minimum 5 years’ sales experience & proven track record within the Construction industry, preferred focus on the analgesic market.
