They are hiring a Scheduler to join their team onsite in Denver, CO. This is a high-visibility role with immediate impact, supporting major construction initiatives and helping to drive process improvements across scheduling and project controls. This is a prime opportunity to get in the door with a company thats growing organically and investing in their people. What Youll Do: Develop and maintain construction schedules using Primavera P6. Create short-term lookaheads and conduct regular site walks to validate progress. Support various construction phases: preconstruction, active build, and system completions. Facilitate interactive planning and scheduling sessions with field and PM teams. Integrate subcontractor schedules and maintain the master project schedule. Provide visual (2D/4D) schedules and progress reporting for stakeholders. Support resource/cost loading and align schedules with project management tools. Collaborate with site staff, subcontractors, estimators, and project managers. What Were Looking For: 3+ years of construction scheduling experience (Primavera P6 required). Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project sequencing. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
