The primary role of the Scheduler is to plan, develop, coordinate and supervise all scheduling functions. Provide planning and scheduling services in support of operating and planned construction projects.

Responsibilities: Facilitate the planning and scheduling functions for all projects Utilize MS Project to develop comprehensive project schedules for K-12 & municipal developments, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to gather project details and constraints to accurately reflect project timelines. Provides advice in planning and schedule analysis and provide options for problem solution Analyze change orders for schedule impacts Effectively allocate and manage resources for multiple projects at one time Collaborate with team to identify potential resource constraints and propose solutions to maintain project timelines. Monitor progress against established schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions as needed. Make Baseline Schedule revisions to reflect contractual changes Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders, providing insights into schedule performance and potential risks. Identify and assess schedule-related issues and develop strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines. Work closely with project teams to address unforeseen challenges and adjust schedules accordingly. Conduct regular meetings to review project schedules, address concerns, and facilitate coordination among various stakeholders. Provides technical direction and support on scheduling software to team. Develops and implements project scheduling standards and procedures Perform job-site walks to verify physical progress of scheduled activities Position will require traveling to jobsites. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scheduler, preferably in K-12 & municipal development projects. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of MS Project and demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing project schedules. Ability to use Primavera a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address schedule-related challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
