Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Perform schedule analysis, identify risks, and offer mitigation strategies
  • Support preconstruction planning and integrate construction sequences into bid schedules
  • Provide regular updates, reporting, and progress evaluations to internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a scheduler in the commercial construction sector
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working on NYC-based projects is a plus
