Job Description

*IMMEDIATE OPENING!!* Busy Interior Renovation Company seeks full-time Scheduler/ Customer Service Rep with strong communication skills, demonstrated self-motivation, and is proactive and detail-oriented. This position will perform work order entry, reception and secretarial duties. Position is full-time and requires a flexible schedule and ability to work Saturdays as needed.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Answers telephone/ email and responds to inquiry * Schedules and enters orders for various services * Verifies orders are accurate, requesting PO’s from customers when needed * Interfaces between customers and department supervisors to resolve issues * Resolve customer disputes * Outstanding customer service * Able to build great rapport from customers

*QUALIFICATION:*

* Good communication skills (written and verbal) * Strong customer service ethic * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, SAGE a plus) * Experience with accounting software a plus * Bilingual a plus * Professional in appearance and a strong team player * Positive attitude and be willing to perform administrative assignments

Job Type: Full-time w/ possible Overtime
