Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements. Analyze project plans and documentation to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Review and analyze bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors. Provide guidance and support during the bidding process and pre-construction planning.
