A highly respected commercial construction and renovation company is prepared to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their organization. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual looking for a stable general contractor with room to grow. This contractor is experiencing steady growth and is one of the premiere contractors in the nation.

Senior Project Manager Functions: Coordinate schedule, manpower, equipment, and resources Direct and evaluate site personnel and staff. Enforce project safety and security. Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment as well as timely preparation of payment requisitions. Must have experience in Ground Up or Commercial renovations. Multi-Family Ground up experience preferred. Able to manage a couple projects at a time Senior Project Manager Qualifications: Must be willing to travel periodically. 8+ years of Project Management experience Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor Ground Up or Commercial renovation experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience commercial building projects is a plus. Proficiency with safety procedures Extensive people skills Compensation: Competitive salary and excellent benefits Salary up to $150,000 Good Performance based bonuses! 100% paid employee medical insurance including medical and dental
