We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects.

Our ideal applicant will be well-versed in all aspects of construction management, client-focused, highly organized, have great communication skills, and have the ability to meet high-quality standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities Include

Create project execution plans and manage the implementation Design and implement project purchasing plans Exhibit leadership and demonstrate company values Contribute to business development and estimating department needs Develop and manage construction schedules Plan meetings involving stakeholders, operations teams, and contractors and conduct formal presentations Perform RFIs/submittals Manage costs/adhere to budgets Support proposal efforts Ensure supply/equipment availability Conduct project reporting Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team Obtain permits and licenses Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards Perform other duties as needed

Requirements
